Super simple bircher that can be prepared in advance for busy mornings. This recipe makes 3 – 4 serves and can be kept in the fridge for 3 days.
You will need
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup whole almonds (chopped)
- 1 cup Coconut water
- One green apple (grated)
- Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Grate apple directly into a 1.5 litre container (for storage) then squeeze a small amount of lemon juice over the apple to stop it going brown
- Add all dry ingredients to your container
- Stir so that its is completely combined with grated Apple
- Add coconut water and stir through
- Press muesli down, cover and place in fridge over night.
