This is a program that you can opt in at anytime and is available to people all over Australia!
The program consists of an initial consultation, follow up consultation, flexible meal planner, nutrition education, health resources and ongoing email support throughout the course.
This is a great program for anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. It’s not a one size fits all approach, your private consultations at the beginning and end of the program guarantee we can cater a program that suits your current health needs.
In our initial consultation*, we will gain a full picture of your current health status by working through a thorough analysis of all body systems and completing a health appraisal questionnaire. We will work out some short-term goals and figure out what you would like to achieve in the 4 weeks to follow.
*Consultations can be done face-to-face at my Highton Clinic location or online via FaceTime.
We look at some of the nutrition basics; macronutrients; carbohydrates, protein and fat and micronutrients; vitamins and minerals. We’ll explore why water is so important to you and how to optimise your diet. Scattered throughout the handbook are tips and tricks on how to incorporate all of this into your current diet.
We explore eating mindfully, meal planning, exercise and gut health. Having a good understanding of all these topics will assist you making changes to your own lifestyle that are manageable and sustainable.
We will reflect on all that you have learnt throughout the past few weeks and work towards developing a plan in our follow up consultation.
