Lemon Bliss Balls

These super charged bliss balls remind me of my Grandma’s Lemon Slice – just without the sugar. I choose to use DōTERRA lemon essential oil because it’s the only essential oil I truly believe is of high enough quality to be ingested.

You will need:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup dates
  • Rind of 1 lemon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 5 drops DōTERRA Lemon Essential Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method:

  • Place almonds, oats and coconut in food processor and blitz for 20 – 30 seconds
  • Add dates, lemon juice, rind, DōTERRA Lemon Essential Oil and chia seeds
  • Blitz until ingredients are combine
  • Roll into balls, place on tray and allow to firm in fridge before transferring to an airtight container
  • Makes approx. 12 – 16 balls
